Time of order completion will depend on size and complexity of items. Most orders will be completed within 7 days. Communication via delays will be shared via email. Special and custom orders may take additional time.

For best results, garments should be washed by hand to help maintain longevity.

Washing: All items should be machine-washed cold, inside out, with no bleach, fabric softeners, or additives.

Drying: Air dry items for best results or tumble dry items on low heat.

Drinkware: Drinkware items should always be handwashed and not placed in the dishwasher.

*Sublimation Items: Please note, when washing sublimation items it is recommended to wash the item separately for its first wash following the above care steps. It is also normal for the garment to lose some vibrance after its first wash.

If vinyl beings to bubble or peel, place a piece of parchment paper overtop of item and iron item on medium heat setting for about 15 seconds. Apply some pressure while pressing. *Be sure to monitor item as each iron's setting produces varying levels of heat.
